Now that the previous General Manager has just gone (and let's hope that he stays gone, doesn't come back in some other role, like as a consultant or Board member of the City Deal scheme) while the sycophants on the council bow and tug their forelocks to him and take him out to dine, he has put us, the ratepayers and residents, into huge debt with his wild extravagant use of the public credit card.
